Personal Training

Personal training clients are required to commit to a minimum of one session per week.

This approach provides a consistent opportunity to practice various exercise techniques, including cardio, weights, exercise machines, and circuit sessions, learned in a one-on-one setting, allowing you to build confidence in your movements while still under the supervision of a coach.

During your personal training sessions, I will focus on your training program and improve any areas you wish to concentrate on.

Personalized workout plan includes free fitness assessment.

Sessions are conducted at Premium PT, Mile End; a functional movement studio in which sessions are undertaken in a welcoming, private, mirror free environment.

FROM $100PS


45 min group session.

Customized sessions, including strength, cardio and or circuit training.

Sessions are capped at a minimum of 4 and maximum of 10 participants to ensure quality of service.
