Classes are 45 minutes Thursday nights 6.00pm & Saturday mornings 8.15am.

Lots of walks & runs on the beach but it must sadly all come to an end.
Definitely a place can recommend for you & Pups 🐶 to chill and re-charge 😊

Mini weekend break @#AdriftMiddleton with Koda & Beau. A bit chilly 🥶 Walks & runs on the beach followed by coffee at @Big Surf Coffee Co. Everyone chilling just watching the world go by…….. No better place to be 😊

A bit of fog 🌫️ and light drizzle 🌧️ didn’t stop us from a light recovery morning run 🏃♀️ , followed by coffee to start the day.

Downpour = mud = dog dig in mud = run inside the house! 🤦🏼♀️
Beau, who likes digging in the lawn or garden bed, put all his loves into action this morning…… mud everywhere 😩 He even managed to get mud on the dining chairs, table, walls, carpets, tiles
I knew there was a reason I invested in a Roboroc Qrevo vac/mop……
